Can I access my medical records at ER24?

Yes, a patient or a legal representative can access his / her medical records at ER24*
How do I access my medical records at ER24?

The patient or a legal representative needs to file a written request with ER24. This can be done by sending an email to CQC

If the patient request his / her records, a certified copy of the patient's ID need to accompany the request.

A legal representative can also apply for the records once a valid Power of Attorney Letter is attached.

Please note an administration fee applies to all successful applications.
